I recently stayed at this luxury hotel for four nights and had a fantastic experience. The staff was pleasant and attentive, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The room was clean and tidy, and as a solo female traveler, I felt safe and secure throughout my stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, with high-quality linens and pillows, ensuring a great night's sleep. The location of this hotel is ideal, situated in a really quiet area but still in a good area near Union Square. The free wifi was a bonus, with a strong signal that allowed me to stay connected throughout my stay.

Great location. The breakfast opposite in the Cozy Cafe is highly recommended.

The location was great, close to a shopping plaza, with a market and convenience stores nearby; the bed was super comfortable and there were bathtubs in the rooms.

Unique, perfectly clean, reasonably spacious hotel, the location is marvellous in a quiet neighborhood. All the rooms are neat with good facilities and the staff is superfriendly. Offers good service and great food;))

Convenient location and well-maintained facilities. Check-in process was fast, and there is parking available here 👍.

We spent 7 days in San francisco. The location of the hotel was very nice, near bus stops, restaurants. The hotel is comfortable. The room was clean and spacious. A breackfast is not available but coffee is offered in the room, and the Bean Cafe (800 Sutter street) is a very nice address. We will stay again in this hotel.

The rooms are spacious and immaculately clean, providing ample space for families. The staff is friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for dining options nearby. The hotel is also conveniently located near supermarkets for convenient access to snacks and drinks.

The fitness room is small and could benefit from additional equipment.

The rooms are tastefully decorated and airy, provided with with toiletries and charming touch, as for instance.

My room 617 was quiet and clean.

The decor in the lobby / reception area was interesting and funky. Room decor was also updated and modern. Toiletries was good. Location is quite good - within walking distance to most attractions
